A wonderful

We stayed at Tide Walk for the second year in a row at the end of October. It is such a wonderful rental with stunning views of the ocean rain or shine. Each morning we’d look for the pelicans flying just above the water. We enjoyed walking to the paved 804 trail on the trail on the oceanfront. Being so close to Yachats and Waldport allowed for easy grocery shopping and eating out. It was an easy and beautiful drive to Coos Bay; Depoe Bay; Lincoln City and even Shore Acres State Park south of Coos Bay. The management company was very responsive to small requests we had.

Stunning Solitude

This is the perfect place for an elegant get away with a stunning view. Every aspect of the design of the house creates a sense of spacious calm. The big bedroom and bath are Ideal for the two of us and the second bedroom easily accommodated an occasional additional guest or two. Quiet secluded location steps from the 804 and a good walk to town. Ocean Odyssey is excellent and always takes good care of us.

Tide Walk - Yachats OR

Wonderful stay for 4 nights at Tide Walk. This was our 5th visit to Yachats and second time renting from Ocean Odyssey. We will do both again! One suggestion for the property owner would be to fix up the back yard some with trimming, furnishings & perhaps a fire implement. But this is just a suggestion. We had a Five Star. Stay!

Lovely & Comfy Home On The 804

We enjoyed staying in the Tidal Raves during our Spring Break this year. It was a beautiful to spot to relax and enjoy the views as well as a short walk to the 804 Trail in front of us. We appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms with queen size beds in each. Though we ate a nice dinner at The Drift Inn one night and walked to the Adobe for brunch another day, we mostly cooked at home.

We loved our stay here. The view is excellent and the home is lovely. Perfect for two couple or at least folks who'd like two bedrooms and two baths! Well appointed, cozy, and clean. We will be back!

Perfect location, great view

This was a perfect location and a very well appointed rental, it was bigger than I thought it would be and the ocean view was great. It is just steps from the 804 trail and that is exactly where we wanted to be. Recommend getting new bed pillows. But, the view and location are magic!

Quiet and Clean Home in a Great Location

House was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Super location on a quiet lane, very close to both the 804 trail for walking, and to miles of a quiet beach. It was super relaxing to watch the sunset nightly from the spacious deck, or from inside through the large picture windows. Furniture was comfortable and beds were comfortable. We had a great vacation here and would definitely come back.

Needs attention

Great location but needs more light above the island and the living room furniture is worn out. The barbecue needs a cleaning brush. We had great weather and loved the big deck. Beds are comfortable.

Peaceful and serene

We very much enjoyed our stay at Tide Walk. On a quiet street, with easy access to miles of beach to experience and nice views. The home was comfortable, mostly clean with the necessary supplies to enjoy your time. (The Home could use a bit more attention to details as far as maintenance & cleaning goes, i.e. cleaning of kitchen range/oven, window tracks, back porch area & outdoor gas grill. Several burnt out bulbs, dead batteries in remotes, and a finicky gas range top-one of the burners is unusable & other knobs seem to be loose.) But minor things and overall it was wonderful! Hope to return some day soon!

Beautiful, Quiet Beach House!

What a fantastic home! Such beautiful furnishings and colors. The ocean is right across the street; not the easiest to access but not impossible! Loved the deck with chairs out in front of the home. We enjoyed our morning coffee and afternoon wine there. Very quiet street. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. One bathroom does have stairs to the shower and toilet, so just make sure that both parties do not need easy access to the facilities. I just can't rave enough about this cute home! I loved it! The only teeny tiny negative was there was a lot of spider webs around the place and I did have a "friend" behind side table of the bed. But he was a Daddy long legs and they don't bother me too much. It won't keep me away.... I can't wait to rent this home again!

Tide walk is a really great rental. We loved the lightness of the house, the view, and how comfortable and clean it was. Blankets were provided in each room and plenty of towels. It provided us with everything we needed for a week's stay. Highly recommend this rental.

Wild fun in Ychats

Need one more throw for the couch. Directions to the place need to be 100% better. Went to a bar, hotel and restaurant, nobodky knew the street. could not find in the pouring rain at night, property management did not return calls Owners need to put in mile markers and street names It is very difficult to find in the dark, rain and fog. It is a lovely, quiet property

Excellent vacation rental in Yachats!

The house is comfortable, quiet, clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked and has a lovely ocean view! The location is perfect — a few feet from the 804 trail with great beach access and a 5-minute drive to Yachats. We enjoyed cooking in the fantastic kitchen, getting takeout meals from local restaurants, hiking and exploring at Cape Perpetua, and walking on the 804 Trail and beach.
We hope to visit again soon!

Great location with quiet surroundings

Beautiful house, nicely appointed and comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. Located just off the 804 before descending to the beach. Quiet too! There were some issues that needed attention that Ocean Odyssey responded to promptly. We have used them before and are great to work with. One disappointment was the telescope displayed in the pictures was broken. It was one of the things that drew us to this house.

Ideal location, view, access to perfect beach

This is the perfect place for a 2-3 people with occasional guests who can sleep in the living room. It is on a quiet horseshoe shaped lane, the trees open up a wonderful ocean view through four large windows in the living room and it has a lovely kitchen window looking out to the backyard through a gorgeous fuschia like plant. The bedroom with the king size bed has a nice big closet and the bathroom has steps up to the bathtub and toilet under a skylight. Kitchen is well appointed (although could use some additional storage containers and an array of simple things like coffee filters and spices and paper products, and cleaning supplies so you do not have to buy them.) It was spotlessly clean, there are plentiful sheets and towels, the gas fire was needed (even in July when we arrived!) and the flow of the place and the capacious living room are very pleasant. Highly recommended. Want to stay there longer next year.

Amazing Location, Beautiful House!

Don't hesitate to rent this home! It is absolutely perfect location wise - you can walk the 804 trail out your front door, there is a little beach cove with tide pools immediately across the road, and you are a 2 minute walk from a 7 mile stretch of sandy beach. Yachats is a mile or so walk on the 804, and was a very cute little town! The house itself is spacious and well furnished. The pictures don't do the view justice - you have stunning sunset views through the large living room windows! Upon arrival, we had one small cleaning issue. I texted the management company, and they were very quick to respond to address the issue. We would love to come back and rent this house again. It was perfect!

Very nice home with a great location.. Clean and lovely. Just a few things.. the light above the kitchen table did not work.. kind of hard to eat in the dark, gas to serve oven and fireplace ran out of gas and we had to call to get refilled. It would be nice to have those things working and in order ....

Peaceful Retreat

This was our first rental experience. We had four adults for part of our stay and had plenty of room. We found the location to be every bit as nice as described. The house was comfortable with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was foggy for most of our stay, but we did see a pair of whales from the front window and watched them for over 30 minutes. I counted 185 steps to the main beach from the front door. We enjoyed early morning strolls where we saw lots of starfish and other sea life. The walk on the 804 trail to the south was equally spectacular with lots of rocky coast to explore. Several restaurants in town and lots of other choices within an hours drive either direction. We hope to visit again soon!

The inside of the property could not have been more beautiful and cozy. Up to date furnishings with high ceilings and windows overlooking the water. Wow! There is a path you can walk from the house into town above the ocean and its magnificent. The coffee shop, brewery and fish shop are great as well. Can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful Relaxing Home

Great location!

Other than having to wash the sheets ourselves the first day, everything was great! Great cooking tools in the kitchen, wonderful washer and dryer. Nice walk to the beach every day. We flew our kite many times. Went to great beaches and lighthouses around the area. The house was very nice to stay in.
