Welcome to your peaceful coastal escape in the heart of Yachats. Located near the corner of Hwy 101 and 9th street, this neighborhood offers a quiet, tucked away feel while still being just moments from ocean viewpoints, local cafes, art shops, and the charming village center. Guests love staying in this part of Yachats for its blend of forested privacy, ocean breezes, and walkable access to town.
Enter up a flight of stairs to a beautiful new kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has everything you need to make wonderful meals! Dining table has seating for 6. There is a full bathroom off of the kitchen (washer and dryer located here) There is a balcony located off of the living room providing space to soak in the Yachats breeze and beautiful sunsets.
Another flight of stairs takes you to the third story where there are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
First bedroom: 2 twin beds
2nd bedroom: Queen bed
Bathroom: double vanity with tub/shower combo
Master bedroom: Queen bed with attached bathroom. double vanity with tub/shower combo.

Whether your guests want to explore, unwind, or simply enjoy the sound of the ocean, this location puts them right where they want to be.

Great accommodations but with some downsides
The accommodations were very nice, very clean, and new condition. This is a newly constructed rental with higher end appliances and fixtures. The downside is that it is facing HWY 101 within 120 ft and the traffic noise is very noticable especially if you have the windows open for a breeze or to try to listen to the surf. This is a 3 story unit (no access to the garage on the 1st level) with living spaces on the 2nd and 3rd levels. One mini-split, located on the 2nd level, attempts to cool both floor levels. Unfortuneately,it does not cool the bedrooms on the 3rd level. If it's a warm day,it's hard to cool the bedrooms making it hard to get a comfortable nights sleep. We felt that the location, surroundings, and enjoyment factor weren't worth the price this rental charged. We'll look for something futher away from HWY 101.

We had a fantastic stay at this house. The views were beautiful, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it!
Great OR Coast Retreat
We had a family of four, so everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates/cups/silverware and basic spices/seasoning. There were enough towels and the house was very clean when we showed up. The air conditioner on the main floor didn’t seem to work very well and the sun shines right in the living room in the afternoons/evenings, so one night got pretty warm. Blackout drapes might be a good idea as well. Other than that, this was a great place for our family and we’d definitely come back!
