Beautiful home, quiet
I stayed here with my daughter and sister. We really enjoyed the quiet surroundings with lots of birds chirping. The house was very comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed having a full kitchen.
Getting to the beach was a little challenging physically and wouldn’t recommend the trail if mobility is an issue.

Vacation rental review
This home was clean and comfortable. Across 101 from the Ocean the home had a wonderful shaded deck facing the ocean with ocean views and soothing wave noise. The kitchen was well equipped, the heaters worked well and the bathrooms were comfortable and had great water pressure. A great experience and we hope to return soon.

Getaway with our Pups

The rental place was fabulous!. Great access to the wonderful Stump beach just across the highway. The kitchen was very well stocked and the views from the deck and inside kitchen and family room were awesome. We loved the fenced in yard for our dogs. There were great places to eat in both Yachats and Waldport. We would definitely stay here again!

Oregon Coast Getaway from Las Vegas Heat

This was our first Vrbo experience. We were looking for a cooler place than the 110 degreees in Las Vegas during July. We found it in the rental in Waldport, OR where it was a high of 61 degrees every day we were there. The home had great views of the coast and the beach was a short walk away. The fenced yard was great for our dog. We have already booked another Vrbo rental for next July in a different location that is closer to Las Vegas and expect that one to be as nice as the one in Waldport.

Fantastic beach house

My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights during the week of Thanksgiving. The view is incredible, beach access was a short walk through the front yard and down the neighbors driveway. Having a fully fenced back yard was easy for our dogs to run around and have no worries. The setting is the best for us, you are in the woods, but also the ocean view to wake up to every morning is just amazing. Coffee on the massive deck in the morning, sunsets off the deck in the evening are very relaxing and quiet. Everything worked as expected and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great, just a short drive either direction and you have friendly people and awesome restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops etc. The mercantile store next to The Drift Inn has lots of reasonably priced pre-made food options in their freezer that are delicious! We also ate at The Drift Inn restaurant a couple times and the Luna Sea fish horse. Purchased some fresh seafood at Luna Sea, it was fresh tasting. Shrimp Daddy in waldport was a great stop for a shrimp cocktail and fresh crab cooked right there for you (The owner was very friendly and we visited while they prepared our crabs to go). Very relaxing and a great place to get away from all the everyday craziness, friendly people everywhere and huge beaches to look for those treasures.

All Decked Out A Cozy Retreat!

Stayed with my sister & my pooch and found all we needed on hand there. VERY comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, dog-friendly! Lovely view and quiet location. Having family in wheelchairs the steep driveway may be a challenge for some people with disabilities. Spacious deck with comfy chairs to watch the surf. Clean & well-kept house.

The view and setting was wonderful. We loved watching the sun go into the water every night! The area is still very undeveloped and beautiful. We didn't realize that it had such a steep access to the house and beach though. I'm 85 years old and it was very hard for me to get up and down the driveway and path to the beach. I suggest you let people know that in the description before they rent.

Cottage in the Woods
We had a great stay at the cabin by the sea. It was very comfortable for our family of 3 and 1 pup. Beautiful views from the deck, kitchen and living room area. We liked the distance from 101 with the convenient short walk to beach access. Kitchen was well stocked. Will be back!!!

Mid-week break near Waldport

Lovely house with wonderful views of the Pacific through the trees. Very quiet & peaceful for our visit at the end of April. Conveniently located only a few minute's walk from fantastic beach and Waldport & Newport short drives away. House was well equipped with pretty much everything you would need for a short stay.

4th of July Getaway

We spent 11 nights at this home looking out at the water everyday. The home is open and bright and it has views from every window in he front of the house. The deck it truly amazing, it is great for family and dog’s because it is completely enclosed and so is the front yard. The bed is comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the living room. The home is located in between Waldport and Yachts so it is convenient for food and groceries.

My brother and I enjoyed this house very much. It is spacious, clean and has an awesome large deck with wonderful ocean views. Beds are comfy, nice large windows and other than a very steep incline to walk from car to house it was perfect for us. Pics on website are very accurate, it is lovely.
