Minutes away from Cape Perpetua, Cook’s Chasm, Strawberry Hill, and other parks and places of interest, Sea Enchantment is a place to be renewed and re-invigorated.

A perfect place to pause and read a book, rest from the race of life, get away from the pressures of work, or a jumping-off place for fun, crabbing, clamming, and fishing or a harmonious blend of vacation and rest.

Living Room: Designed for relaxation and conversation with ocean view has a queen size hide-a-bed, Cable TV/ DVD player and wireless internet.

Kitchen: Glass cooktop stove, Fridge, Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, espresso maker, coffee grinder.

Dining Room: Table with seating for 6 plus additional seating at breakfast bar and extra chairs.

Master bedroom: Ocean view and wicker furniture has a King bed and place to relax.

Bedroom 2: Two sets of bunk beds, foosball table, and TV.

Bathroom 1: Jacuzzi tub with jets and heater, tile floor, and marble countertop.

Bathroom 2: Half-bath upstairs with marble countertop.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great quiet neighborhood. Beach starts at north end of 804 walking trail. House has good accommodations, every kitchen Knick knack you would need to make meals. Lots of puzzles and games. Even a back yard fire pit to enjoy. Thanks for sharing your home.

The house was very accommodating and had everything we needed for a short get away. Unfortunately, the bathtub wasn't draining properly, but that was a minor inconvenience. Easy walk to the beach!

Vacation Stay 7/7/22-7/10/22

This is a comfortable and well-supplied house. We had a great overall stay. We did leave a message for management about some maintenance issues that need attention for the future, but they did not impact our experience. The specific issues were:
-kitchen faucet lever not working
-lock in front doorknob not working
The property has a wonderful view and we were pleased with how well supplied the kitchen was.

A relaxing stay just out of town

Our family loved the location and spaces in the house. The fire pit, the deck, the living room with lots of seating and the tub! Just what we needed. Very close to the beach but a bit of a stretch to town (a beautiful walk!). Our only complaints are that the management wasn’t very communicative and they never did respond to our email about the wet towel that was left on a bed (yuck!) and keys that were left behind. The property was fairly clean but it was obvious that some corners had been cut like with washing the duvets. Generally positive with some slight inconvenience.

Restful and fun

What an exciting week...

First, thank you Peter for coming through for me in a big way. Second, this was a wonderful vacation rental, just a few feet from one of the best beaches on the Oregon Coast. It had everything you need in a vacation home and then some. We really enjoyed using the provided grill for a back yard bbq and even had a fire in the fire pit and made smores. I will definitely look into this house again the next time I need a rental.

Sea Enchantment Yachats OR

Great location. A short walk to the beach, a short drive to Yachats. Ocean is visible from the upper level/upper deck of the home. Everything we could imagine needing (pizza pan, stock pot, hot dog roasting sticks, extra blankets, board game ...) was found in a cupboard or closet somewhere. Lots of towells - my only improvement to the home would be a few more towel racks or hooks to hang them on to dry. Appliances worked great and everything was relatively new/in good shape. Lots of DVDs, games and books if you encounter a rainy day. The road noise could be heard from the back yard, but if you opened the windows toward the ocean, all you heard was ocean.

Wonderful house and great location!

We had not been to this area before so took a chance. We were thrilled with the results! The house was spacious and had everything we could possibly want or need, including many books, DVDs, games and toys for families. The location was wonderful and just down the road from the center of Yachats which we enjoyed so much. The short walk to the ocean was only a few steps from the house. Every morning and evening we watched the ocean from the big window in the living room. Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation.
