that offers a fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. The first floor has a wonderful open floor plan,
which is perfect for spending time with your friends, family, or guests.
The newly constructed deck is the perfect place to sit and relax while enjoying the sights and sounds of the surf.

Fabulous Beach House

Kitchen is very well stocked with every pot, pan and dish you will need. Beds are comfy. Shades that protect the main floor from getting too hot when the sun is out. Super easy access to the beach right off the deck. Good hand rails on either side of the stairs going down to the beach. Nice rinse off spot for sandy feet and toys.

"OUR BEACH HOUSE" is truly a gem. The home is set up perfectly for an Oregon Beah vacation. The location is perfect. It being a pet friendly home meant that our 2 dogs got to enjoy our time in Oregon with us. The very short walk down the steps to the Un crowded beach meant that we could enjoy our beach coming anytime we wanted. This home has A.C. which made our stay so comfy & stress free.I would recommend this home to everyone because it feels like home to us.

Perfect place for our home on the ocean getaway
This was the perfect place for our party of 7. Two beautiful rooms for the adults and a room with 2 full size beds for the kids. They also loved our stay here. Walks on the beach, sunsets, tide pools, seals in Newport. Kitchen well stocked and tastefully so. Loved our time here!

This was our family's second visit to this great home. It's big and roomy, right above the beach (with easy access), totally fenced areas front and back for pet safety an EXTREMELY WELL STOCKED kitchen, and modern appliances. The property manager (Katy) was responsive, professional, and very helpful. We really love this place.

We love this house.
This house, location, and view is amazing. We have used this house a couple times and plan to use it more.
The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a great break from reality.
Three showers and a fenced in yard for the dog is perfect.
The only things we might have a problem with is the main king sized bed is really hard but there are 4 beds in the house of differing firmness so I am sure you can find a bed that will work. Also the water pressure is not strong but works in getting you clean so I will not complain.
My two cents...... stay here. You won’t regret it.

We had a fabulous early Christmas �� with our stay in Waldport. The home was nicely appointed with plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, etc. And then there's the accessibility to the beach ... just outside the back door. We spent our mornings walking on the beach! I highly recommend this house for your next Oregon coast vacation.

So fun! The place is right off 101, so you'd think it would be unpleasantly noisy. But, once you enter, your attention moves to the beautiful coast right out your back door! All we heard were the sounds of ocean!

Just the Perfect Spot

This property is very well maintained and has just about anything you'll need during a stay. If you like to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped. There is a front yard and a back yard that are both fully fenced if you have a pup with you. While the house allows pets, it does not smell like them! The master bed is very comfortable and it is such a treat to listen to the waves, all day and all night. Booking the property was very easy. This property will be first on the list for the next coastal stay. Something very much appreciated is the cost.

Overall good stay
Home was mostly clean on arrival except upstairs first bathroom looked to be missed by the cleaners as it was filthy, everything else was great except master bed was too soft and sit too high up. we experienced a storm the last few nights which was interesting. This was our 7th stay at this property and it looks like the homeowners are doing a great job maintaining the home overall.

Wow! What a great house
Great place for a vacation. My family loved it. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, living room is cozy, access to the beach was amazing, for the most part it was really clean. (only had 2 small problems, easy to take care of) so far... this was the best rental we have been to in the PNW. We will rent this house again.

Everything was great except when we arrived at 4:00 the housekeeper was still inside cleaning, we decided to drive to town and wait for 20 minutes came back and she was just leaving as we arrived, upon entering everything seemed clean other then the couch had sand all over it, floors were still wet as they were just mopped. Family enjoyed the new recliner couch, the beds were all comfortable , we couldn't get the cable box in the kids room to work thankfully we brought DVDs from home so that wasn't a big deal. Other then that everything was great.

Beautiful View

We have stayed in this house before and enjoyed it. The beach access is easier now. Quite a few steps but easy to use and good study railings. The house was very clean and we felt at ease during this Covid time. The big master bedrooms are nice and the views are wonderful. Enjoyed the lights from all the fishing boats at night. We have been coming to the Oregon coast for 14 years and this house is one of our three favorites to stay in. The only problem was the ants in the kitchen. They are smarter in Oregon and avoid the ant traps. So we had to be super careful not to leave food or dishes out at all. As for restaurants, we love Nana’s Irish Pub and Georgie’s. Both Mexican places were just ok. The Noodle Cafe was very good. We ate out the entire time for eleven days. Considering the time of year we loved it and had a great time.

Great place to Stay
We generally visit the coast a few times a year but haven’t visited for awhile because of the pandemic. We loved this house in Waldport. Good location, great beach access and beautiful views. The weather didn’t cooperate but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And the house was incredibly clean. Probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Kudos to housekeeping!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Home was clean and well-supplied. Someone cares about this home and it shows. Stairs directly down to the beach makes for convenient access. Unmatched open views of the wide Pacific. Love the lights on fishing/crabbing boats on the water at night. Lights beside beds for night reading while listening to the surf. Our second Visit to this property.
We had another great Thanksgiving weekend with our son & his family, including their dog. The house is beachfront and has a great view. It is well stocked and comfortable with the exception of not having enough seating in the living room. It sleeps six but only has seating for a maximum of five. It definitely needs another sofa or loveseat.

perfect for our dog as it has a fenced in little front yard and back yard, however it is so close to the highway we had to be very careful when leaving the property. It has very limited parking so truly have to only have two cars max. Can hear the highway but only from the bedroom on the road side, other bedrooms you just hear the ocean

Our Beach House

This was our fifth trip to the house as we love both the house and location. Great kitchen, incredible views with an open floor plan. Owners are always making improvements, new washer and dryer this summer (this recent stay was our second stay this year) and new mattresses and n all rooms this fall. Peter at Ocean Odyessy has always replied promptly to take care of any issues such as running out of propane for the grill. We’ll be back next summer!

Winter Getaway at the Coast

My husband and I and our dog had four wonderful nights at Our Beach House. The house was right on the beach with amazing views from the living room, deck and bedrooms. We had the beach nearly to ourselves and went for beach walks and nearby hikes every day. The house had everything we needed for cooking and was very dog friendly with the owners even providing fleece covers for dogs to curl up on. We highly recommend this house and will definitely plan on coming back again. It could easily sleep 6 - hoping we can bring family next time.

We have stayed in bigger, fancier houses at the coast but I would choose this house again in a heartbeat. The beach access was great, downstairs layout was perfect for socializing and there is a pretty equal distribution of the bedrooms upstairs. Sometimes when you share a house someone ends up with the “bad room”, but not true here. It’s pretty close to equal.

Our Beach House Truly Feels Like Home

We’ve stayed here three years running and have booked a fourth. The house is comfortable; the views are fantastic from the entire west side of the house including from the kitchen; The bench on the landing of the stairs to the beach is sheltered from the wind with hummingbirds visiting the flowering hedges and landscaping. The proprietors are quick to remedy any issue that pops up and go the extra mile to make us feel welcome and appreciated as return guests.

Amazing stay

We spent a week in this rental in September. What a beautiful house with an amazing view. It had all the amenities a person would need. The appliances are all higher end and fairly new. Nice open floor plan on the main floor. We loved the master suite. Huge windows with the most amazing view. Actually quite private even though there are neighbors on each side. The short walk down the stairs to the beach was nice. I notice there were a couple crab rings under the deck but we had already brought some crab traps, which we left for future renters.
We’re considering booking this property again next year. We couldn’t have been happier. We just hated to leave.

Heartfelt Thanks

We have rented from Ocean Odyssey many times over the years but the circumstances this time were extraordinary. My husband passed on July 17 and the unanimous family decision was made that we needed to go the ocean. By chance, the amazing beach home we rented 5 years ago when Bill was healthy was available for 2 nites. We booked it immediately and contacted the office Saturday morning. The kindness that was extended by the staff was unprecedented. It felt like I was talking with old friends. Thank you doesn’t express the gratitude for providing us the healing opportunity together in the beautiful home that held so many good memories for us. Very clean and well stocked. View is amazing! Backyard was perfect for our dog and toddler to be free but gated in! There was enough road off the highway for the kids to ride bikes and scooters. It was a great experience!

Great house!
We had a wonderful time over the long Thanksgiving weekend. The house was well equipped with everything we needed with one exception: it works well for 6 guests, but there is only enough seating in the living room for 5. We really needed one more comfortable chair to make it perfect. Other than that, we would highly recommend it.

Lovely Beach Themed Home

Lovely home located on the beach with private entrance. Very short walk to the beach and waves. Lovely decor and furnishings. Fenced yard for the pooches, or kids. Located right on the highway so the third bedroom gets a lot of road noise; as well as the dining room area if the windows are open. Living room and front two bedrooms are ideal for wave watching and the ocean sounds. The property was very clean other than some of the kitchen items - some pans were greasy and a few dishes had caked on food on them. A suggestion - leave instructions on how to use the tv. It took three of us to figure it out, but none of us are really technie I have to admit.
Would definitely book the property again if looking for dog friendly place with lots of room for everyone to relax and hang out.

Wonderful home. If it was for sale and I won the lottery, I would want to buy it. Fully furnished kitchen and even poop bags for the dogs. My only criticism would be that the 2 king size beds were VERY hard. I think new mattresses would help a lot. We will want this place again on our next retreat.

Trip to the coast

Five of us stayed in this wonderful house in early September. The location was fabulous as we were able to walk directly out onto the beach each day. The view from the deck was great and it also had a plexiglass rail to break the wind. The view from the living room as also very nice with the large windows facing the beach. The house was exactly as the pictures showed. The house was equipped with all the essentials as well as the paper products you would need. If I am in the area again I would definitely stay at this house.

Great oceanfront views from the living area and both king bedrooms. Great for two couples, one master suite with bathroom. The other king bedroom is directly across from the hall bathroom. Also a third bedroom upstairs. Direct beach access down a few stairs. Small fenced yard makes it pet secure. There’s a nice deck and BBQ. Inside, the home is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped. Even though the home is close to Hwy 101, it was hard to hear the traffic. We loved the home and will return.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at "Our Beach House" in Waldport area. The beach is wonderful for walking, playing in the surf and beach fires. The house is basic with no special amenities but comfortable for 6 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Laundry detergent was to be provided but there was less than one scoop in the small box. The carpet did have some stains on it. But when I notified the management they said they would get it cleaned.
Overall it is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. I feel the price is very competitive!

Good value

Hard to find oceanfront and pet friendly. Our only complaint was pet stains on the carpet - we were afraid we would be charged. This was promptly resolved by the management company. Yes we enjoyed it.

Our Beach House Vacation
Enjoyed our stay at Our Beach House. We loved being able to bring our two dogs. It was great to have a fenced in yard and be right on the beach. We would like to visit and stay again.

Wonderful week

The house was just as advertised. Beds ware comfortable and the kitchen well equedWe really enjoyed our stay. From the deck, we watched grey whales spout just beyond the breaker line. The beach was beautiful and we had it mostly to ourselves. Our only criticism was that the carpet had a number of spots. I don't think white carpet was a good choice for a vacation rental.

Reunion Fun
The property could have a cleaner beach access and something blocking the rocks you aren't suppose to park on but it was very nice and comfortable to stay in with a wonderful deck view and very nice furniture and well stocked kitchen.

Our stay at Our Beach House was very enjoyable. The home is nicely remodeled, the beds extremely comfortable, and the beach was virtually private. Nine of us all slept comfortably with room to spare. I recommend this rental with two thumbs up!

We easily could have lost our money and vacation, but Tony (and others) went out of their way to give us another week to enjoy the beach.......which we definitely did.
